For over 50 years Fernanda Polesel has prepared traditional Italian cuisine for friends and family alike. When we opened Villa Antonio Winery, we knew that Fernanda would be the heart and soul of our kitchen and she still is to this day. Fernanda prides herself in our scratch kitchen where she oversees the staff preparing almost everything that our guests experience. From preparing our own sauces and grinding our own sausage, we strive to prepare everything possible from scratch with the best possible ingredients.
